The 13 singers in GMCW's, pop, close-harmony ensemble bring their vibrant sound and vivacious personalities to present a one-night-only event filled with an amazing array of music from many popular American musical genres. From the jazz standard Misty to the Cherry Poppin' Daddies' Zoot Suit Riot to the Eagles' Lyin' Eyes to Freddie Mercury's Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Potomac Fever's repertoire is refreshingly diverse. This year Rock Creek Singers has been exploring music that was commissioned or arranged for gay choruses. Their music will include songs from the major commissions Naked Man and Hidden Legacies, as well as classic ballads such as (He) Moved Through the Fair.
